BMO Harris Bank - Bad customer service
Customer service representative Brandon did nit know what he was talking about in regard to exterior bank transfers.
He bagan to inform me that his manager told him that external bank transfers werent possible. When i questioned him and proved that it is possible via my current log on, and past experience. He didnt know what to say after arguing with me that It was not even a possibility.
This qas a bank I depended on. I will cancel my services with them because every time I need help eith my account, its up to me to fix it or faxe some fancy explanation. Lucky for me Im educated and have past customer service experience.
