BMO Harris Bank - Forget about the customer - It's all about the mighty buck!
Thanks for removing the coin counting machines from all of your branches. Certainly having the customers count and roll their own pennies, dimes, etc up in those tiny wrappers makes sense....NOT.
Now....if you take today's screw-up with their Bill Payment system, then you really see how "great" BMO Harris is. I had several bill scheduled for payment yesterday using the Bill Payment system. When I checked the balance in my checking account, none of the bills I paid were displayed OR even subtracted from my balance.
However, when I contacted the help desk the customer service rep told me that invoice WERE paid but they are having a problem getting them actually posted to the accounts AND no ETA for the resolution was given. Truly a useless organization
