No response as they've passed over my complaint. Either too many people complain and they know, or or they just don't care. This company needs to go under for such horrible handling of these issues.

I am going through a bankruptcy but reaffirming my car loan through BMO. I want to know my total remaining balance for budgeting purposes, but no one over the phone is able to help me. It's just a constant transfer-spree which usually ends me in their bankruptcy line, which is always a voice mailbox. They claim to respond within 24hrs, but they never do! Horrible company! Update: No response as they've passed over it. I can't say I'm surprised. I hope this company goes under.

My funds have been kept by BMO

BMO is the worst bank. I tried to withdraw money from my account at a atm teller my transaction kept being denied I called the following day my account was on hold for suspicious activity after confirming the transaction that yes indeed it was me BMO approved the withdrawals claiming I received the funds, after many emails and calls back BMO decided to flag and close my account without any reason my checks have cleared I have no access to the account nor my funds I have spoken to BMO many times they emailed me a transaction repost with many customers card numbers and balances making it impossible for me to figure out what transactions are mine.

BMO customers dont deserve to be treated like this BMO bank is a scam a fraud their employees are taking customers money or BMO is a complete scam. BMO needs to be aware of their management personal.

Dont use this bank you wont see your money again. They have sent me pages of a report with customers transactions balances card numbers that are not mine making very difficult to understand what Im looking at.

Was that highlighted amount what they finally let you withdraw from atm? The fact that they won’t say anything other than suspicious activity makes me think their software kicked your account out.

They sent the info to Dept Treasury where they have a department that will investigate. Have you had any cash deposits, wire transfers or check deposits other than a payroll check?

NO that’s what I keep telling g you these are not my transactions you guys keep sending transactions that don’t belong to me my card is ending 1680 please help me with this issue BMO has kept all my funds I have no access to any banking whatsoever. Thank you for at least replying I’m being ignored by BMO

BMO doesn’t read these. I’m just random person.

You are on third party site for thousands of companies. The only thing I’d guess is the attachments are all about transactions at a Las Vegas hotel ATM.

It appears they sent you to show you they think you were there. I can’t answer why they closed the account unless you had large cash deposits or you disputed transactions.

Deposits recorded late so overdraft changes made. Phone access still impossible; passwords won't work and have reset them several times; agents have heavy accents and are difficult to communicate with; statements are a jumble of info rather than being divided by...

The monthly statement is difficult to decipher. PLEASE SIMPLIFY IT WITH HEADINGS.
I have tried several times to access my account information via phone.

IMPOSSIBLE to set it up much less understand the third world language accents used by customer service reps. I sorely miss BANK OF THE WEST where I have been a customer for many years.

I am seriously considering transferring all accounts to Wells Fargo and will do so if the above issues are not changed. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BANK.

Vehicle loan payoff

Hi,

I paid off my vehicle loan on January 4 with an overpayment of about $25. I called January 5 about the overpayment and asked about the automatic withdrawals that I had set up.

I was told the transfers should stop since my loan was paid. For the duration of this loan I had automatic transfer from my Wells Fargo account withdrawn every two week. On January 16 another transfer was made in the amount of $175. I waited to see the transfer would cancel and the money returned to me at this time it has not been returned.

I called again on 1/24 to inquire about the transfer on January 16 that should not have happened, but did. My bank records show that it was pulled out.

I was cut off from the call while waiting on hold.

I did receive the $25 back, but I would like assurance that the $175 is also coming back to me. So to be specific $175 needs to be returned to me from BMO because it was automatically with

drawn from my account for a loan payment that didn't need to be made.

Victimized by the BOTW takeover

I've experienced nearly all the the problems reported by other former BOTW customers! Luckily, I've been able to move nearly all the $ we had there to another bank. (mid-SIX FIGURES). The nature of their mistakes is frightening, and, they can really screw up your credit, even for 800+ score people! Why take a chance? Among the countless gotcha-s is that there is no access to a real person over the phone, most of the time! Just a few of countless errors: they lost important POA information, and ran credit reports without authorization! They also appear to have LOST BOTW ACCOUNTS.

Horrible bank

Every time I go to use my online banking even though I have my ID and my password it's telling me those aren't correct and I can't even get a balance I don't know what's going on but I'm tired of this every single time I use the card or try to do something with the bank. I spoke to one of your personal bankers she was supposed to link my two accounts so I could use my debit card with both and now I can't use anything and can't find my money or my account and I wanna know what's going on and what my balance is This is absolutely ridiculous. I have a multi million dollar lawsuit you can bet I will close my account there and use a decent bank that stops messing with my account on a daily basis but I want my balance and I wanna know what's going on I would very much appreciate a phone call ASAP!

Frozen account

Ive had BMO for years, direct deposit , no problems or criminal record. I received a gift from a friend, a check for $4000.

It was on a hold a couple days then released to my account. Once available I paid a couple bills. They froze my account. My payments were returned putting me behind.

When I called they said was a suspicious check. My friends bank had already released the funds and I gave them his number to fix whatever hold up. He told me they called him and spoke with him and he confirmed he had given me the check. I am a pregnant single mother w no access to my moneys Ive called every few days to try to speak w someone about what the issue is (holding an hour each time) and they told me it would be longer now due to suspicious activity .

Everyone Ive spoken w had been extremely rude and even laughing at me. I received mail stating I needed to call bc they have been trying to contact me ( I have no voicemails, messages or emails or missed calls from them) . My case manager works overnight so I cannot speak W them. Everytime I call they say they are escalating my case and my case managers manager will call me .

Going on 3 weeks and no contact. No account. I had to open a new account at a new bank a since my direct deposit was returned and now my new bank is holding my check for another week bc my name has been flagged due to BMO. So I have no access to any of my funds, cant pay my bills or buy necessities for my child going on almost a month.

This is disgusting and all for nothing!!! There has been no customer service whatsoever. Spending 2500 on bills (easily tracked) from a 4000 check that had already been cleared is not suspicious and should have been validated already if they gave a *** about their customer.

This has given me anxiety and high blood pressure during my pregnancy and creating problems w my health. I NEVER have written a bad review before and am very patient but this is single handily ruining my life at the moment.
