BMO Harris Bank - Never Notified

I was never notified of the changes to the online banking made during the month of November 2018. Since then, EVERY time I try to access my account, I have to change my password. Talking to a rep was no help. Changing banks.

BMO Harris Bank - DO NOT BANK WITH BMO HARRIS

BMO Harris is an awful bank to store your money if you need access to it. Froze my new account twice in one week. Today is Saturday and no one could help me until Monday. Well, what should I do until then? Oh by the way because I work Monday through Friday from 9-5, I won't be able to visit a branch until next Saturday. Thanks BMO. #donotbankwithbmo #davidcasper

BMO Harris Bank - Automated phone service

Their automated phone service is the worst that I've ever experienced. I can only get my balance 1 time out of 20. It never recognizes the info that I put. It is horrible horrible horrible!!!
